Integration Delivery Manager

Job Description

• 20+ years of experience in the design and delivery of solutions to meet client requirements and deliver business benefits
• Provide and manage the technical scope of the project. Work with the customer and team to create a viable project plan.
• Good understanding of Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c, Oracle BPM, Java/J2EE, ADF, and UCM Architectures.
• Hands on experience on designing end to end projects using some of the above listed Oracle technologies.
• Identify and understand the integration points of the solution.
• Proactively support the program manager in the flawless execution of the project by identifying and leading the mitigation of any technical gaps and/or risks.
• Represent Clarity at any client governance meetings to discuss technical aspects of the project and make recommendations to enhance/progress the solution.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring for all project resources.
• Ensure that the recommended architecture is in line with industry best practices and current technology.
• Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets.
• Keep abreast of new technology, methods, and techniques to understand how they might be applied to the client's environment.
• Independent worker with minimal direction.
• Excellent leadership, communications and negotiation skills (i.e., can lead/motivate people, manage multiple priorities and drive effective collaboration across groups)
• Should be an excellent team player.
• Should build an excellent relationship with the customer and win new business.
